Since the foundation of our facility, Al-Esnad has been manufacturing high-quality electrical wiring harnesses at their Saudi-based facility. Crafting more than 100 types of harnesses, Al-Esnad has completed more than 25,000 units. The harnesses are built in a closed and isolated 500 m2 facility. Expert IPC-certified technicians build the wiring looms, and then test them on Al-Esnad’s MK D1500 Automatic Test System, which can have over 250 harnesses connected to it for testing. Since the foundation of our facility, Al-Esnad has been, along with designing, manufacturing, and refurbishing parts, coating and painting vehicles and parts from its own in-house paint booth. The booth is comprised of an automatic conveyor system, an oven for baking the fresh paint, filters, and a flash-off unit. Over the past decade, Al-Esnad has been part of modernizing and refurbishing land military vehicles, backed by experienced and knowledgeable engineers and technicians. All refurbishment process are performed according to the OEM’s Depot Maintenance Instructions. Every part is inspected and segregated according to instructions, and, after inspection, is sent to be coated, painted and assembled to use on the platform.
