Al-Esnad has many different quality control tools for production control and final control. All tools and equipment are calibrated periodically, in accordance with ISO 9001-2015.
It operates a Carl Zeiss-made CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), which measures 1200 x 1800 x 1000 mm, to check the accuracy of parts manufactured in Al-Esnad’s factory. The CMM has a precision of down to 0.0001, to control tight tolerance products with high accuracy.
Al-Esnad also conducts Salt Spray tests to check the corrosion resistance of coatings and painting, while also subjecting them to strict Quality Control inspections, where they test for:
All coated and painted products are monitored for accordance to Military Standards and ASTM standards.
Al-Esnad has an MK Tester device to inspect finished wiring harness assemblies. The MK Tester conducts continuity tests, over-voltage, and insulation tests at extremely fast speeds. IPC-620 and JSTD-001 certified technicians perform wiring harness manufacturing.
Welders at Al-Esnad are certified by independent third-party auditors, and Al-Esnad has NDT Dye Penetrant Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Employees.
